Visiting Hat ’n Boots at Oxbow Park in Seattle, WA
Simba πΎ and I stopped by one of Seattle’s quirkiest landmarks—the Hat ’n Boots in Oxbow Park! These oversized cowboy hat and boots are a colorful piece of roadside Americana with a unique history.
Originally built in the 1950s as part of a Western-themed gas station, the hat once served as the station office while the boots were restrooms. Today, they live on as a fun public art installation in the Georgetown neighborhood, bringing smiles (and plenty of photo ops) to visitors.
