Simba 🐾 and I visited the beautiful and historic Coquille River Lighthouse in Bandon, Oregon — a true gem of the Oregon Coast! Built in 1896 at the mouth of the Coquille River, this lighthouse once guided ships safely into the harbor and now stands as a proud symbol of Oregon’s maritime history and resilience. 🌊

Located within Bullards Beach State Park, the lighthouse offers a peaceful setting surrounded by sandy beaches, coastal breezes, and sweeping ocean views. We spent our day walking along the shore, admiring the lighthouse up close, and soaking in the dramatic scenery where the river meets the Pacific. 📸✨
