🌊🐾 Exploring Cape Arago State Park in Coos Bay, Oregon with Simba

Simba 🐾 and I explored the breathtaking Cape Arago State Park in Coos Bay, Oregon — one of the most scenic stops along the Oregon Coast! 🌊✨ Just south of Shore Acres, this coastal gem features rugged cliffs, crashing waves, and panoramic ocean overlooks that capture Oregon’s wild beauty at its best.

We spent the day wandering the trails, soaking up the salty sea air, and watching seals and sea lions lounge on the nearby rocks. From the powerful surf to the peaceful views, Cape Arago offers a perfect mix of serenity and adventure.

🌅 A True Oregon Coast Gem

Cape Arago is where Oregon’s raw coastal power meets tranquil natural beauty. The views of Shell Island and Simpson Reef are unforgettable — especially when the waves crash below and the sea lions call out across the water.

It’s a place that reminds you how wild and alive the coast really is. Whether you’re a photographer, wildlife enthusiast, or just looking for a peaceful escape, Cape Arago has something for everyone.

🐾 Coastal Adventures with Simba

Simba loved the trails here — tail wagging, nose to the wind, and paws on the path. The park is dog-friendly, with plenty of space to explore safely while enjoying the sounds of the surf and the smell of the sea. 🌊🐕
