The Trail Experience
One of the things I loved about Tubbs Hill is how accessible it is. You can park downtown, walk just a few minutes, and suddenly you’re immersed in nature. The trails wind through shady pine forests before opening up to dramatic cliffs and overlooks of the sparkling lake below.
Simba was in his element, trotting along the paths and stopping to sniff wildflowers. The mix of shady stretches and sunny lake views made it a fun, balanced hike. And the photo ops? Absolutely endless!
