Mount Rushmore National Memorial πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Keystone, South Dakota

I finally made it to one of the most iconic landmarks in America — the Mount Rushmore National Memorial in Keystone, South Dakota! This world-famous site features the colossal granite carvings of four U.S. presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.

While Simba 🐾 had to sit this one out (pets aren’t allowed on the trails or inside the memorial), I explored the grounds solo, capturing photos, videos, and the sheer awe of this historic American landmark.

πŸ“ Location & Quick Facts

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on trails, in the visitor center, or at the memorial viewing areas. Simba stayed back at the campground for this adventure, but there are pet relief areas in the parking lots if you’re traveling with your pup.
