The trail is known for its vibrant maple and birch foliage, making it one of the best fall hikes in the Midwest. It’s a total explosion of orange, red, and gold.

Simba was thrilled by this trail! Between the forest scents, breezy cliffs, and exciting terrain, he was in golden retriever heaven. Just be mindful at the overlook areas — while safe, they are high up and best approached with care (and a leash!).
