When RV Life Gets Wild — Bison Costumes & Chase Scenes at Bama Bison RV Park 🦬😂

Hey friends! Ash here from Life on Paws and Wheels, and this week’s post is... well, let’s just say it’s not your average RV park review.

Simba the Adventure Pup and I returned to one of our favorite offbeat stays — Bama Bison RV Park & Farm in Opelika, Alabama — but instead of a peaceful farm tour or campsite walk-through, we decided to bring the buffalo-sized laughs.

🦬 Welcome to the Wild (and Weird) Side

In our latest video, I (Ash) traded my hiking boots for hooves — sort of. Dressed in a bison head costume, I ran through the pasture pretending to blend in with the herd. Spoiler alert: the real bison weren’t fooled. They definitely noticed... and decided to investigate.

Cue the chase scene.

With Simba watching from the sidelines, likely questioning all of my life choices, I had the utterly surreal experience of being pursued by a group of curious (and surprisingly fast!) bison — all in good fun and from a safe distance, of course.

Simba’s reaction? Equal parts confusion and judgment. 🐶 “That’s my human out there... dressed like a buffalo.” #SendHelp

This wasn’t just a parody video — it was a hilarious experiment in letting go, having fun on the road, and embracing the unexpected moments that make RV life so entertaining.
